I was born in Rochester, New York and grew up in El Salvador until the age of 19. Sport is my passion and for most of my childhood, I was a swimmer. I then decided to turn to the game of squash. In both sports, I was included in the National Salvadoran Teams.

In 1999 while playing squash, I was introduced to triathlons by my Brazilian friends who I used to play with.

I was obsessed with the sport, placing at the top of my age group at almost every race.

In 2006-2007 I completed 10 Ironman Triathlons and participated twice in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship. In 2011 and 2014 USAT (USA Triathlon) gave me ALL-AMERICAN HONORABLE MENTION.

While playing sports I worked at an investment bank as a junior investment advisor (which I absolutely hated) my passion was always in coaching and training others.

I educated myself through the C.H.E.K Institute, NSCA, GREY Institute, NASM, School of Applied Kinesiology, and DBC where I currently worked since 2016.

I have more than 23 years of hands-on experience training elite and non-elite athletes and now I want to share my experience with the world through my new podcast “Endurance Cartel”.
